.060" thick AFM (Aluminum Foamet Material). AFM replacement for the OEM cork material. OEM replacement reference 60565-36 / 3810-36A. Cometic''s AFM gaskets have an aluminum core with a chemically blown; compounded nitrile synthetic thin foam-like rubber layer bonded to both sides. Temperature resistant to over 250�F (122�C). AFM rubber has a 85% recovery while maintaining strong torque retention. Re-torqueing; gasket sealers or silicone beads are not required.
